Our mission is to empower elementary aged students in under-resourced communities to become confident critical thinkers by making STEM education more accessible
Problem Solvers got started because I wanted to make STEM education more accessible.
I taught in the public schools for 5 years, in that time period I piloted and helped write the STEM curriculum for a district.
Over the years I have seen the injustices in education when it comes to the lack of resources schools have, as well as the low expectations of students. I was compelled to do something about it. With my background in STEM education, and knowing how important it is for students growth and future success, I set out to find ways to make it more accessible. I truly believe that every student can learn and deserves an opportunity to shine!
With every class purchased and donation made, you help make STEM education more accessible.
If you know of a student, school, or community organization who would benefit from our programming email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
